Flavor Notes:Brewing this Chopin with 92°C water, the citrus acidity and tea-like mouthfeel are more pronounced. There are notes of berries, and at slightly lower temperatures, there is a strong fermented aroma. The sweetness lingers longer on the palate. Brewing with 90°C water brings out more prominent rose floral notes, with raisin and tea flavors on the palate. At slightly lower temperatures, there is a fermented aroma, the texture is smoother, and the sweetness is more noticeable.
