Brewing Tips:

The first pour: bloom with 30g of water for 30 seconds. The second pour: use a gentle circular motion to pour until 125g, then pause for the first break. When the water level drops close to exposing the coffee bed, proceed with the third pour to reach 225g total. Stop pouring when the water level approaches exposing the coffee bed again, then remove the filter (start timing from the bloom). Total brew time: 2'00".
