Cuscatleco — A pedigree selection out of the T5296 population made by PROCAFE in El Salvador. It shares an ancestor with Honduras Parainema but was fixed independently, pairing leaf rust resistance with stable field performance.

Flavor Profile

Sweet-tart citrus and red apple moving into nuts and cocoa, with a clean round body and good balance.

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 91-93 °C, 1:15, medium grind, staged pours, balancing body against fruit acidity.
