One of the newer F1 releases, combining high yield, rust resistance and strong cup quality. Florals and citrus brightness with delicate sweetness, clean light body and a faint tea-like finish.

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 90-92 °C, 1:15-1:16, medium-fine grind with a brisk first pour, to lift florals and bright acidity.
