Limani

Limani — A Sarchimor from Timor Hybrid 832/2 crossed with Villa Sarchi, drawn from a Brazilian population and fixed by pedigree selection at the agricultural experiment station in Puerto Rico. Released on the island in 1994 once trials confirmed rust resistance and high yield potential.

Citrus and nuts together, with balanced soft acidity, a smooth body and moderate sweetness.

Pour-over at 91-93 °C, 1:15, medium grind, staged pours, balancing body against fruit acidity.
