Milenio — A first-generation hybrid of the rust-resistant T5296 with the Ethiopian landrace Rume Sudan, bred by the CIRAD-led consortium. Another member of the first wave of F1 hybrids commercialised for farmers.

Florals woven through citrus, honey sweetness, bright refined acidity and a clean layered cup.

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 90-92 °C, 1:15-1:16, medium-fine grind with a brisk first pour, to lift florals and bright acidity.
