1. FrontStreet Yirgacheffe Coffee Beans (bright citrus acidity, crisp and clean)
Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe coffee, though small in stature, is gentle, graceful, sweet and lovely. As the hometown of coffee, Ethiopia's thousand-year growing history and processing tradition have produced high-quality washed Arabica beans. The light-roasted FrontStreet Yirgacheffe coffee has a unique aroma of lemon, floral notes and honey-like sweetness, soft fruit acidity and citrus notes, and a fresh, bright mouthfeel. Its aroma is rich and solid, with a bright, high-quality acidity and a high degree of balance, sometimes with nutty notes and an endless aftertaste; in both appearance and quality, Colombian coffee is a premium product. When Colombian coffee beans are mentioned, coffee lovers will surely immediately think of this region's famous beans with special processing methods, especially Colombia's Finca Paraiso, which has been continuously innovating processing methods in recent years, and the flavors the coffee beans produce are also very unique and particularly memorable.

3. FrontStreet Costa Rican Coffee Beans (coffee flavor with pronounced sweetness)
Costa Rica is best known for the honey processing method; so-called honey processing refers to the process of making green beans by sun-drying them with the mucilage still on. After the coffee beans have their outer pulp removed, there is a sticky gelatinous layer. The traditional washed processing method washes this off with clean water, but because some high-altitude producing areas face water resource limits, this direct sun-drying method emerged.

The honey processing process is prone to contamination and mold damage and requires strict supervision throughout, with constant turning to speed up drying so as to avoid producing off fermentation flavors. Its advantage lies in preserving the original sweet flavor of the ripe coffee fruit as well as possible, giving the coffee a delicate brown sugar flavor and stone-fruit sweetness, while the berry notes also support an aroma with a red wine base, and it is considered a very elegant product. Honey-processed coffee beans are hugely popular, largely because of their sweet and full-bodied character.

It is delicate and slightly bitter, sweet and smooth, and its aftertaste leaves one feeling relaxed and refreshed. For Brazilian coffee there are no particularly outstanding merits, but there are also no obvious flaws; this flavor is mild and smooth, low in acidity, moderate in body, with a faint sweetness. All these mild flavors are mixed together, and to distinguish them one by one is the best test for the palate.

Panama only began growing Geisha coffee in the 1970s. It was not until Daniel Peterson, the owner of Panama La Esmeralda estate, took part in the 2004 Panama coffee bean cupping competition and became an instant hit that Geisha began its own legendary life, or rather, its bean life. Geisha has a full sweetness, an extremely clean mouthfeel, and rich aromas that range all the way from berry and citrus notes to mango, papaya and peach flavors. A very obvious bergamot-like aftertaste is also a typical cupping attribute. Geisha coffee beans are often the champion among coffee varieties. 10 Qianjie Honduras Coffee Beans (Intense Wine Aroma)
Qianjie's Sherry, fermented in fine washed whisky Sherry casks, has always been the representative of Honduras. Freshly picked coffee cherries are first finely washed, then placed in casks that previously held Sherry for low-temperature fermentation of 30-40 days (at a temperature of roughly 15-20°C), followed by shade drying. Sherry casks are the casks used for ageing by Sherry wineries in the whisky industry. The production of Sherry goes through the Solera System, a maturation process. This process refers to the blending and ageing of Sherries from different years after fortification, and it is also what makes the Sherry flavour unique.
