Vietnam’s Central Highlands Hit by Floods According to the Coffee Finance website on October 20, persistent heavy rains in recent days have caused landslides and floods in parts of northern and central Vietnam, blocking roads, destroying bridges, and disrupting traffic in some areas. The disasters have resulted in over eight deaths or missing persons.
